Are available for purchase. Valid for one year from date of issue.
Packages
Save $60! 240 minutes (4 hours) available for $200 if sessions are prepaid. Use any way you'd like-as four 60 minute sessions, as two 2 hour sessions, etc. Includes all services. What a deal!
Groups and Corporate Rates
Contact Mind, Soul, and Self for business rates. Can do stress management groups, seminars and workshops. Also can provide chair massages, aromatherapy, reiki, deSTRESSence therapy, stress relief acupressure, and guided meditation as employee benefits. Can provide consultation to create corporate wellness programs. Group prices start at $75 an hour. Get a group of friends together for a stress management group, meditation group, spiritual group etc.......

Services payable by credit card are an additional $5. You can pay in advance of services, or you can pay at time of appointment.
